Biotechnology
B.Sc Biotechnology is a 3-year undergraduate course, divided into six semesters, that deal with the study of living organisms and biological systems, as well as the advanced technology involved in studying the same.Department enhances the knowledge base of students and creates research curiosity among students generating highly skilled human resource. The autonomy brings into force industry and research oriented syllabus and hour based curriculum helps the students to excel their knowledge towards innovate, incubate ideas and nurture the needs of society.Graduates of the course can have job opportunities in drug and pharmaceutical research, environment control, and waste management.
The department of Bio Technology established in 2019 with the strength of 60. The department open ups science behind our food. Food is one of the essential parts behind our survival. The students are provided with the various scenarios behind this study and it strengthens their foundation of their career. The food science, researches on bases of food and food processing, genetic engineering are given to the students in an innovative and most updated way.
